The programme includes career counselling, theoretical training, work placement and certification for unemployed young people aged up to 29, who are graduates of secondary and post-secondary education, as part of the initiative “Integrated Intervention for Career Development and Labour Market Integration for Young People Aged Up to 29.”

The number of trainees who may be placed simultaneously at a business for work placement follows the numerical ratio set out in the table below:

| Up to 10 | Equal to 70% of the corresponding number of employees |
| 11-20 | Equal to 60% of the corresponding number of employees |
| 21-50 | Equal to 50% of the corresponding number of employees |
| 51-250 | Equal to 30% of the corresponding number of employees |
| 251-500 | Equal to 20% of the corresponding number of employees |
| >500 | Equal to 10% of the corresponding number of employees |
